Patient Services Department
In all its clinics and hospitals, USP Hospitales has a Patient Services Department providing services to all patients and their companions. The service aims to help make their stay as comfortable as possible and to deal with any queries or needs that may arise while they are admitted or using the services in our centres.
For patients from abroad patient services are provided via the USP International Services programme offered in hospitals with a high percentage of foreign patients. USP International Services provides, among other services, a team of translators specialising in medical terminology.
