Loyalty Card
USP Hospitales has recently launched a loyalty card for the patients of its hospitals. The main benefits of the card are:
• Access to medical information online.
• Easier admission procedures
• Faster administrative procedures
• A single identification system valid in all USP Hospitales centres. You can obtain a Loyalty Card from the Admissions Department by presenting your National Identity Card.
Who can apply for the card?
All patients over 14 years old who are being, or have been, treated in any of our hospitals or clinics.
How can I request the card?At any desk in the Admissions Department in our hospitals and clinics where you are registered. Just show your National Identity card and our member of staff will verify that the information and contact details are correct.
